Putting and dropping one of several identical things

The same fix as for taking, in the other direction: holding three identical gaskets, 'put gasket in bin' and 'drop gasket' now act on one of them instead of asking which. 'drop 2 gaskets' and 'put 2 gaskets in bin' work too.

If a bin holds nine identical gaskets, 'get gasket from bin' now takes one. Before, it asked which you meant, and there was no good answer.
Ship systems without power do nothing

Every ship system's output is now exactly its rating scaled by its power and condition. Before, each one got a small free bonus: an engine with no power still pushed a little, a reactor counted one watt it did not make, and a point-defen...
