Lemon cheesecake squares
1 18.25 oz. box lemon cake mix.
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil.
Mix until crumbly. Pat lightly in ungreased 13x9 pan.
bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Beat 1 8 oz package softened cream cheese, with 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg,
and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Spread over baked layer while still warm.
Bake 15 minutes longer at same temp.
Increase temp to 500 dg. Mix 16 oz. sour cream with ½ cup sugar, and 1
tsp almond extract. Spread on cake and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Cool before cutting and cut before refridgerating.
