New: One changelog mailing list

Changed: Nothing, so I should leave this out

Removed: Also nothing :P

Notes: Q wanted a changelog, so here it is! post as per above. Put the subject as the main project the change went into, and all verbs/props related (if touched)

Do not post several projects together, make a post for each, unless one was modified for compatability, then put it in the larger project. (User discretion required)
