Web client: less crackling in long sessions

Sound in the web client could start to crackle after you had been playing for a while, as sound effects that had finished kept using the computer's audio time. They are now released when they finish.

If you still hear crackling, the Audio diagnostics tab in the sidebar has a Playback performance section. Press Start recording, press Mark crackle whenever you hear one, then Stop recording and Copy performance report, and include the report when you tell staff about the problem. It records only while you ask it to.
