Codex agents hear you while they work

When you talk to a Codex agent (one started with the codex backend) while it is busy, what you say now reaches it during the task it is working on, once the room has been quiet for a second, instead of waiting until it finishes. Before, an agent in the middle of a long task heard nothing until it was done.
When an agent's memory of the conversation is being compacted, it now says "My context is being compacted; I'll answer when it finishes." so a long silence has an explanation. Claude agents are unchanged.
