External spacecraft servicing

X-wings now have a usable underfloor cargo hold. Beside a stopped, landed ship, use openhold <ship>, load <item> into <ship>, unload <item> from <ship>, cargo <ship>, and closehold <ship>. The hold contains real items and respects locks. Its nominal 250 kg rating is informational; weight is not enforced. The two deployed X-wings have received holds, and their cockpit descriptions and hatch destinations have been corrected.

Ships with bulk cargo bays can exchange existing planetary stock with loadcargo <units> <commodity> into <ship> and unloadcargo <units> <commodity> from <ship>. The X-wing's physical hold is for loose items; it is not a bulk commodity bay.

Refuel <ship> with <kg> <commodity> transfers real planetary stock into matching fuel tanks, limited by available stock and tank capacity. X-wings use deuterium, now registered at one kilogram per commodity unit. No fuel stock is supplied automatically; Earth currently has no deuterium. Antimatter still requires physical pods.
