Todo system

Added:

Keyword-based metadata storage, integration with channels, ability to handle bugs and feature requests (expandable)

definable statuses/priorities/categories

Changed:

All data is now stored in default types -- player numbers, timestamps, etc. to make writing stuff that integrates with todos easier.

Easily refer to fields in the todo metadata with the following syntax:

this:getd_<FIELD>(todo_number)

Or to set:

this:setd_<FIELD>(todo_number, value)

I.E. To get the type of an entry as a string you would issue whatever=this.types[this:getd_type(td)] where td is the number of the entry.

Notes:

This is the beginnings of what I want to do to the todo system. I've still got a lot to do, such as assigning tasks to people, different levels only being able to file different types of entries, etc.

I'd also like to tie into the @doing/status system whenever that stabilizes.
