URL Shortening

Added:

$url_shortener and the verb :shorten there on. It takes one argument, the URL to shorten, and returns it shortened from bit.ly

Code in the link sharing verb to take advantage of this (commented for now)

Notes:

For some reason it chokes on large URLs, I think it has to do with $web_utils:get and need Kamahl to help figure it out. For now disabled.
