GMCP Room package

Added GMCP Room package. It sends a JSON blob with room data, that clients can use for UI or automapping purposes.

It currrently sends Name, Area, Players, and Exits.

I'd like to implement "Environment" and "Details", but I'm not quite sure how they should be done yet. Poke me with ideas if you have them.
