Removed broken wear/remove verbs (referenced missing properties wearable, wearloc, other_locs)

Separated drop and throw into distinct verbs - throw now handles targets and directions

Fixed breakable logic in drop - was incorrectly nested inside odrop_succeeded_msg check

Updated give_to to check both 'wearing' and 'worn' properties

Fixed throw_in_direction, throw_hit, throw_miss to use explicit messages instead of broken $you:say_action
