Fixed generic french furniture stand verb bug

Removed old :stand verb from #1719 (generic french furniture). The old verb printed "You're not even on <furniture>!" when a player wasn't sitting on it, which caused spurious error messages when walking away from the helm console (since $room:remove_from_furniture calls stand on all furniture in the room). Now inherits proper stand verb from parent #1942 (generic new furniture) which silently returns if player isn't on the furniture.
