Added territory system for wanderer movement constraints:
- New .territory property (list of rooms or area object)
- New .leash_distance property (default 5)
- New :set_territory() verb for easy configuration
- Supports: single room as home, list of allowed rooms, or area object
- Integrates with walking module via ok_exit() check
