GMCP autologin token cleanup system

Added periodic cleanup for expired GMCP autologin tokens:

- #4583:cleanup_expired removes tokens past their 90-day expiration

- #4583:server_started schedules cleanup to run daily via $sunnet_scheduler

- Added $sunnet_scheduler:is_scheduled(obj, verb) helper to check for existing tasks

- Added $gmcp_autologin to #0:server_started services list

Initial cleanup removed 2643 expired tokens (was 3166, now 523)
