Added $spatial_room.edge_labels map property for custom edge descriptions.

Added $spatial_utils:format_edge_text helper verb.

Modified get_wall_proximity, describe_layout, describe_layout_for to pass room arg.

Outdoor rooms now show "to the south" instead of "against the south wall".

Custom labels (e.g., ["south" -> "by the garage door"]) replace default text entirely.
