Added ANSI coloring to $test_runner:report - passed counts show green, failed counts and failure messages show red

Modified $test_runner:report to use ANSI color codes for test output.
Passed count displays in green when > 0.
Failed count and failure details display in red when > 0.
Colors are processed through standard ANSI system - players with +colors see them, others see plain text.
