Add ordinal direction support to exit positioning

Added $spatial_utils:default_coords_for_exit() to centralize exit coordinate calculation.

Handles cardinals (north/south/east/west), ordinals (northeast/northwest/southeast/southwest), verticals (up/down), and unknown directions (out/in).

Updated $exitwaif::coordinates to use this new verb instead of only handling cardinals.

Previously, ordinal exits like "southeast" would fall through to {0,0,0} (center) instead of being positioned in the correct corner.
