Fix find_path bounds checks for centered coordinate system

Created $spatial_room:point_in_bounds to centralize bounds checking using centered coordinate math (-dims/2 to +dims/2). Replaced 4 inline bounds checks in find_path that incorrectly used >= 0.0 as lower bound. Removed dead roomdims variable.
