Surface items: added configurable title truncation for items on surfaces

Added three new properties to $surfaceitem (#417): contents_title_msg, contents_title_overflow_msg, and contents_title_max. When a surface has more items than contents_title_max (default 4), the title uses the overflow template (e.g. "workbench (8 items)") instead of listing every item inline. Templates use $string_utils:template with {name}, {contents}, and {count} variables. Set contents_title_max to 0 to never show items in title, -1 for no limit.
