Fix coords mutation bug in get_adjusted_coords

Removed the write-back that silently moved out-of-bounds objects when pathfinding ran. get_adjusted_coords no longer modifies the object's actual coordinates - it just trusts the object's position. Previously, trying to pick up an object at out-of-bounds coords (e.g. a thrown goose at {-116, -150, 0}) would silently relocate it to {0, 0, 0}.
