$youtube:transcribe rewritten to use yt-dlp json3 format

Replaced broken ytsub-based SRT subtitle fetching with yt-dlp json3 approach.

Uses $string_utils:explode_multiline to handle MOO binary ~0A encoding in exec output.

Downloads json3 subtitles, parses with parse_json, converts to play_subtitles format.

Subtitles now work end-to-end on #4949 smart TV.
