#364: Fix GET/HEAD to encode data as query params, not JSON body

#364:GET now forces json_data=0 for GET and HEAD requests.

Data is always URL-encoded as query params for these methods.

POST/PUT/DELETE still use JSON body when json_data is set.

Content-Type: application/json header only added for body-carrying methods.

Removed json_data=0 workaround from $github:search.
