Separated planter from plant per Q's design feedback.

$planter: soil/water container with moisture drain, water retention, fill_from duck typing.

$plant: growth stages (seed/sprout/growing/mature/wilted), reads moisture from container.

Plant/planter integration via duck typing - plant checks container.soil_moisture.

Water source integration: "fill planter from fountain" works via $fountain.

User verbs: plant X in Y, water, harvest (at mature stage).

Wilt/recovery: plants wilt without water, recover when watered.

Dynamic descriptions based on soil moisture (planter) and growth stage (plant).

3/3 tests on each object (6 total).
