ORM refactor: fix destructive test bug, add db() verb, rename $recipe_db to $recipe_model

Fixed _test_db on $db_model - was reusing live db connection, now properly isolates test databases with open/close lifecycle. Added :db() verb for lazy connection management instead of bare .db property access. Updated all verbs on $db_model and $recipe_model to use this:db(). Renamed $recipe_db to $recipe_model, corified as $recipe_model. Removed 7 destructive test verbs from $recipe_model that belonged on $db_model. All 11 $db_model tests pass, live data intact.
