Built $scale from stub to working system. Verbs: weigh_obj (internal, recursive contents weighing), format_weight (precision/unit/tare display), weigh dobj on this (user-facing), tare, reset, read, description (dynamic), measure_volume (liquid system integration). Falls back to dimension-based weight estimate when .weight missing. Connects to: $liquid_container (measure_volume), $thing (weight/dimensions), crafting (weighing ingredients). 3/3 tests pass.
