Spatial system audit fixes

$spatial_room:check_collision - replaced $command_utils:suspend_if_needed(0) with yin().
$spatial_room:test_traversable_on_path - fixed fragile test that depended on bread
being at specific coords. Now saves/restores bread position. 20/20 tests green.
Wrote "Spatial System Audit" note with full review findings.
