$anthropic source formatting - bulleted links with blockquote citations

$anthropic:parse_response now renders each cited source as a top-level markdown bullet with a clickable link — `- [Title](url)` — followed by an indented blockquote of the cited text. Previously sources used an H3 heading containing the link, which rendered visually heavy and wrapped the link in heading styles. Bullet+blockquote is compact, uniform, and reads the same on ANSI and HTML clients. Q requested the change.
