$test_runner: added push_cleanup() and run_cleanups(), and updated :run() to clear per-test cleanup stacks on both PASS and FAIL using task_local().
$gas_container:test_tick and tea_plant:test_growth_fixture: migrated from manual save/restore to runner-managed snapshot/restore + cleanup registration.
#1584:bf_recycle: fixed anonymous-object safety by guarding object-only paths (`is_player`, `$recycler:kill_all_tasks`) so explicit recycle on anonymous fixtures no longer blows up there.
T0 context: this complements the area-side anon recycle fix and supports anonymous per-test fixtures from the ToastStunt manual direction.
