Added $word_engine, a stateless singleton dictionary/scoring service (like $hand_evaluator) over the fixed $spell. Word games compose it rather than reinventing dictionary access.
Verbs: valid(w) via $spell:find_exact (deterministic, NOT :valid which folds in player.dict), random_word via the fixed uniform $spell:random, score (Scrabble letter values), letter_value, can_make(word, rack) multiset check, scramble.
Unlocks Hangman, Boggle, Ghost, Anagrams. 6 test_* verbs all green.
