Fix #10136:send_position_update never emitting listener position (OBJ var shadowed type constant; occupants() given object not list)

send_position_update returned 0 on every call (bailed at the typeof guard), so Client.Spatial.ListenerPosition was never emitted to any client.
Bug 1 (primary): `{OBJ} = args` named the local var OBJ, which shadows the OBJ type constant (MOO identifiers are case-insensitive), so `typeof(OBJ) == OBJ` compared 1 to the object value -> always false -> always returned 0 before sending. Renamed the var to `mover` throughout.
Bug 2 (secondary, never reached): `occupants(room)` passed the room object but occupants() wants a list -> E_TYPE swallowed by `! ANY => {}` -> empty recipients. Changed to `occupants(room.contents)`.
Effect: walking now emits listener position. Only orientation (via #6:face) worked before, so turning panned but walking did not. Verified send_position_update 0 -> 1 and emits.
