Changelog: $sound::tag returns tostr("tag-", this:location()) or this.tag if it's set. Added $sound.:tag property default empty string. Updated $sound::serialize to include tag. Made $sh:stop_tag that accepts a $sound waif or a tag string which will stop all sounds tagged with that tag.
