Sound database hydration model

Added read-only `$sound_db` model backed by the registered sound.sqlite connection, plus a `$catalog_sound` child that retains catalog identity, provenance, and clip timing.
Added ID, bounded word, tag, URL, unique legacy-path, ambiguous-path, and explicit whole-file resolution without changing `$sh`.
Added behavioral fixtures for sliced hydration, serialization, searches, and reference kinds. `$sound_db` passes 4/4 and unchanged `$sh` passes 18/18.
