Human-readable sound presentation

Added inherited `$sound::title()` and `$sound::description()` presentation for ordinary sounds, URLs, catalog slices, and whole catalog sources.
Titles prefer catalog display names, remove path/extension/segment syntax, and humanize filename separators. Descriptions report known or unknown duration and add slice tags or source slice count when applicable.
Added behavioral coverage on `$sound` and `$catalog_sound`. Suites pass: catalog 2/2, `$sound_db` 7/7, `$sh` 19/19; representative plain, slice, source, and URL output was inspected.
