News Utils SQLite migration

Migrated News Utilities storage from three in-core MAP properties to hacker-owned system news.sqlite through $news_model.

Loaded and verified 17 feeds, 112,461 snapshot articles, and 22 subscribers; normalized seven malformed list-valued Denver titles at the TEXT boundary.

Removed all legacy and backup map properties after exact parity.

Rewrote update, look, add/remove subscription, subscriber delivery, and podcast reads to use SQLite only.

Verified five model tests plus real look, add, remove, and two update command paths; the second update was idempotent. Live count after update: 112,472 articles.
