ROM item affects on wear/remove; $wearable command/method split

$wearable #2558: wear and remove are now one-line command verbs delegating to new do_wear(wearer) and do_remove(wearer), which hold the logic. This makes the behaviour callable and testable; a method call only resolves verbs declared this none this, so the old command-only verbs could never be called programmatically.
$mud_wearable #4597: reduced to a thin wrapper - its own wear/remove command verbs deleted; do_wear and do_remove call pass() then apply or remove the item's ROM affects.
Area reader (#3961): ROM mob size and race map to real dimensions and mass; object dimensions derive from ROM weight and material density, so mass round-trips to the ROM weight; room dimensions come from sector type; ROM food value maps to bites; ROM drink containers are re-seeded with real capacity and a real $liquid; ROM item affects become $effect stat modifiers applied on wear.
Tests on #3961 stash created objects for cleanup after a run instead of recycling mid-run. Suite is 20 of 20.
