Generic autosay provider

Changed @autosay-prompt generation from the OpenAI-specific client to $ai:message with #3724.default_provider and $ai temperature defaults.

Live Gemini generation, confirmation storage, and the resulting autosay voice succeeded; the #3724 suite passes 2/2.
