Added:

$web_utils:html_to_txt

accepts html as a list {string, string,...}

returns txt in the same form

Changed:

using regular expressions with match() to find html tags

Removed:

it doesn't get the url, so you have to do that and give it html

Notes:

The formatting of this is still icky, there are still the Ӓ type tags that I have to remove, there is too much whitespace. There are empty strings sometimes.

Todo: divide lines on <br> </br> <p> etc
