$weather_utils:replace_list

Ok, guys. How I set this up is a list of lists, each with two elements, the thing to be replaced, and what to replace it with.

I.E. {"fog", "foggy"}

You want it to be something that will go on the "the sky is " line.

If anyone sees anything worded weird or wrong, just add an entry to this list. Remember to use @pedit
