Syntax:  kill_task (INT &lt;task-id&gt;)   =&gt; none<br>

Removes the task with the given &lt;task-id&gt; from the queue of waiting tasks. If the programmer is not the owner of that task and not a wizard, then E_PERM is raised.  If there is no task on the queue with the given &lt;task-id&gt;, then E_INVARG is raised.<br>
