Syntax: next_recycled_object([OBJ <start>]) => OBJ | INT

Return the lowest invalid object. If <start> is specified, no object lower than <start> will be considered. If there are no invalid objects, this function will return 0. Raises E_INVARG if <start> is negative or greater than the last object number ever used.
