Syntax:  shutdown ([STR &lt;message&gt;])   =&gt; none<br>

Requests that the server shut itself down at its next opportunity.  Before doing so, the given &lt;message&gt; is printed to all connected players.  If the programmer is not a wizard, then E_PERM is raised.<br>
