Syntax: yin([INT <time>, INT <minimum ticks>, INT <minimum seconds>] ) => INT

Suspend the current task if it's running out of ticks or seconds. This is meant to provide similar functionality to the LambdaCore-based suspend_if_needed verb or manually specifying something like: ticks_left() < 2000 && suspend(0)

Time: How long to suspend the task. Default: 0
Minimum ticks: The minimum number of ticks the task has left before suspending.
Minimum seconds: The minimum number of seconds the task has left before suspending.
