Web client: save logs to a folder

In browsers that support folder access, Preferences, Logging now offers Save logs to a folder. Sign in, turn on autologging and choose a folder on your computer. Text logs go into a separate folder for each character; the browser keeps its own logs too.
Copy a log before editing it: the client rewrites the newest file as lines arrive. If the browser asks for folder permission again, use Reconnect in the same panel.
