Measuring tapes

Builders can now make a measuring tape with @create $measuring_tape named tape. Hold it and type measure me with tape, or measure <object> with tape, to read actual width, depth and height in metres.

Targets must be directly in your room or inventory and within reach. Each side must fit the tape's five-metre default length; it measures object dimensions, not distances across a room.
