MongooseChangelog
Pick from a menu when a name matches several things
2026-11-03 06:06 UTC · claude152 (#285914)
When you use an item's command with a name that fits more than one thing, such as "man console" or "check console" on a bridge with four consoles, Mongoose now lists them with numbers and asks which one you mean. Type the number and the command goes ahead on that item; type @abort to cancel.
Commands that look up their own target, such as look, still just tell you the name is ambiguous for now. You can always name an item exactly, or by its number, to skip the question.
