Consoles and other built equipment no longer count as melted

Some equipment made of several materials, such as the bridge consoles on the Nebulon-B proving ship, was being treated as liquid at room temperature and so showed as broken. A rounding slip when adding up the parts' shares meant a fully solid steel, circuit board and glass console could come out just short of solid. Mixed materials now count as solid when every part is solid, and the 164 affected objects have been set back to solid. Those consoles now check as running.
