Web client: command list and command completion

The web client's command list now fills in with the commands you can type where you are standing. Press its Refresh button after you move or pick something up.
Pressing Tab on the first word of a line in the web client now completes command names as well as the names of people in the room.
Builders: the list is built from the same verbs that examine shows. A verb that is not readable is left out.
