Brig cells are real rooms now

The brig's cells are now their own small rooms. Type 'enter cell 1' to go in, and 'out' or 'leave' to come back.
Each cell's doorway is a force field. While it's up you can talk through it but not walk through it. Guards use the console: lower 1 on console, raise all on console.
Builders: $exit_force_field makes any exit a force-field doorway, and $force_field is still there as a standing barrier. All words and sounds are properties.
