Bank applications and deposits, credit-chip loading and collection now handle whole credits correctly. Redeeming the same chip again no longer pays twice.

Negative bank transfers are rejected, and integer wallet balances no longer wrap during very large payments.

Mining respects available cargo stock, ship services find their installed cargo bay, cargo manifests work, and negative fuel demand cannot refill a tank.

Repair queues now continue correctly through multiple completed or unavailable targets.
