Quests have arrived

The game can now keep track of quests. Type QUESTS to see the ones you have taken and any offered where you are standing, QUEST <name> to read one, QUEST ACCEPT <name> to take it and QUEST ABANDON <name> to drop it. Your progress is counted as you play and survives logging out. Old tbaMUD areas bring their quests with them when loaded; the first one played start to finish was Kill the Mice! (three mice, ten credits). No quests are on offer in the main world yet.
