28. #6011 notes feature, @save, @recall. Save and recall notes in text, html, markdown. It's player specific, but not encrypted or anything. Notes are stored in it's .notes dictionary. Feel free to improve it. Needs delete, print to $note or $book. Needs multiline json parsing and then pretty printing entries that are moo maps.

30. $code_utils:toint now accepts floats as input. $code_utils now accepts option from and to base arguments which is the same as calling out to $math_utils:base_conversion. Default to base is decimal. So, to convert "ff" to decimal you can $code_utils:toint("ff", 16)
